School is back in, and we both found some gold this evening

Well thankfully school started back in here yesterday, and since it was bleow 90 this eveing bobbie and I headed out and hit couple of near by schools, not much for clad lessthan 2 bucks btween us, but each of us got a piece of gold. Bobbie got 14k ring with 3 small diamonds, I found 10k earring. sorry bout the shadow on the earring it looks better in person. May reshoot tomorrow

Soooooooo.....you're finding all those great rings at schools and parks? What area of schools and parks do you find the most jewelry?

Hi haupin almost all of our gold finds come from the playground areas, not just around the equipment, but under the equipment, between the equipments sets, around the perimeter of the play area, and outside of the playarea perimeter. Almost all the play areas we hunt are mulch or sand with a few shredded tire ones mixed in. We have found around here folks will head straight for the playground equipment and hunt around it and then leave, since we hunt together we tend to cover a lot more areas, than I ever did when I was hunting by myself. Bobbie has been getting better at diggin in grass so I suspect that I will start adding the middle schools and ballfields, and soccerfields into the mix as we enter into the last 4 monthes of the year.
