Maybe lead/tin solder? Looks like a section made to break off from other specific weight & size pieces.

Looks like a piece of modern tire weight on my cell.

Its modern tire balancing weight for fancy rims that you would not want to apply a hammered weight to. THis used to have an adhesive back to stick to the inside of the rim rather than have it hanging off the lip of the visible side of the wheel. Many repurposers get these old weights from the tire shops and turn them into bullets and fishing weights

trdking, these modern adhesive tire balancing weights are not made from lead, it is an alloy that is not bullet worthy. If you want lead metal detect fishing, shooting and mining areas ,
