sc dispensary bottle

i was digging a footing for an elevator downtown charleston...dug up this bottle but i cant find the exact one when i google...any thoughts? blue tint..6.5 inches tall...round...cork top...seams..."south carolina dispensary" with a palm tree..palmettoe logs that form an "x" with the word "dispensary " under it...thanks
