SB 838 passed today.......

Time to lawyer up :BangHead::BangHead:

Thanks for your info and effort jog keep up the fight.

Here is the list of votes.
Thanks to the Moderators for cleaning up my previous post "NOT". I have to say that there has been very little activity on these threads in regards to this outcry for help from the mining community both in Or and Cal. Some of the local mining stores and other mining outfits in Or have given very little suport and there are some who have gone above and beyond. The old saying goes "You get what you pay for" Well I hate to say it but if everyone doesn't pull there heads out and come together as a whole you you can kiss more than your mining rights goodby and break out the check books. Don't worry, the money they lost they will get back from your Taxes and everything else they control. Wake the "HELL" up.........

Yep Jog

It is like herding cats. Same thing in the Kalif fight.
We are thinking of moving our mining manufacturing out of Kalif but, where to go. Even Idaho is next and being attacked

The earth religion is pushing hard against man in general.

It didn't take them long jump on the ban wagon.

Did the votes go down party lines?

Surprised Oregon would ban lead and mercury removal from their watersheds. More people suckered by California propaganda.

Time to gun up. Legislation means nothing if you dont follow it. Keep the dredges running men. Dont stop!!! If you really care about dredging then Do not stop.
