Today it was so hot I saw my first Ice Cream Van of the year!
We spent 4 hours gridding on from where we left off & did pretty well again;

7 Scrappies
Broken Roman Silver Denarius AD198
2 bits of Roman Brooch
2 18th C Military Buttons - both shot!
Buckles
17th C Bronze Ring
Roman Bracelet Frag
Dads star find - Roman Awl (leather working tool) - but its the best one I have seen. I checked both databases & only 3 are 'similar' but Dads is by far the best with added detailing!
