Saxon Field - Day 4...

Our luck changed, as we arrived at the field today, they were rolling the disced soil flat. This increased my depth by about 25% & not so far off how it was after the harvest.
Cru'dad left a little early but I did 4 hours 15 minutes finishing with another rare appearance from Land-mag.

We knew it was only a metter of time until the hammered's gave themselves up & today I got 3

Dad got the best button of the day (I love it), it's an openwork Tudor (16th C) Button, & we need this type!

Yes, this field is exciting. We have had 1 bit of Bronze age, 1 Iron Age, several Roman, several Saxon, lots of Medieval & plenty of modern. Anything, really can happen on this one!
