Nice pics. How many 14'ers you got so far. I ain't climbin those. If they build a nice two-lane blacktop with wide shoulders and GUARDRAILS I might drive up. But that would defeat the whole purpose, wouldn't it? Keep the wilderness wild!

Ive got some but not many-Bierstadt, Evens(there is a road to the top so it doesnt really count), La Plata, Elbert, Sneffles, and Yale. Sneffles was the hardest. The pic is on sneffles and im only like half way there!

I'm with you RG, drive up to the pass then climb to the top :thumbsup:

On Mt.Evens there is a road that goes to the top!!! and you can hike to the summit and its only like 100ft. there is a burned down resturant that my dad at at in the 60s. Its just outside of Idaho Springs if you want to go there sometime
 

Mt. Evans road closed today. Til May. I wanted to drive up there this year, and messed around and waited too long. Maybe next year, winter's comin!
