After a long week at work, couldn’t wait to get out, and our favourite fields were ready and waiting!

So himself took himself off down to Roman corner 🙄 so I stayed in the field above. found this lovely Spindle Whorl, crotal bell, buckle bit, loop and a tiny pin head, furniture decs and the back side of the pin, possible bracelet pendant, given the placing of the attachment loops, Roman nail, musket balls, buttons, pre dec, then the silver section, Elizabeth 1 half groat, Henry 3 cut half penny, and possible
King John…

Weather has decided it’s Autumn so a very misty day, but totally perfect! Xx

Nice -- a whole coin, a half coin, and a quarter coin. When those folks needed change, they got serious. The foggy mist makes it seem like you can almost look back into the past.
