I got out and hunted a good looong day at Goio Park on the south side. I got there on the bright and found my first wheatie before Goio and McEtrak showed up. They quickly surpassed me and found just as many wheaties as me, and then some. I'll let them post what they got. Thanks for the tips Goio! Hunting in that trash is a fine art.
Here's my notable finds... 1956-D, 1944-P, 1930-P, 1927-P, 1919-P, 1914-P (yep, not a D... darn!), 1912-P.
I'm not really sure what this is, but it's heavy and interesting. This is all I could find on the inscription, which reads "Nobis Bene Nemini Male" which roughly translates to "For Us The Good, Nobody Is Evil" or "Us Good, Nobody Bad". More info here: http://translate.google.com/transla....org/wiki/Nobistor&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&sl=de&tl=en
This marble is all I got out of the hole and boy was I happy. This is my first marble and it's got some great colors!
