Hi all,
Very heavy die struck item, quite different from most I have found.
When I see letters ending with R on an item I cant help think Regiment. Any feedback is appreciated!

Good ID! Seems to be from the Knights of Pythias
The "U.R." is for Uniformed Ranks. The thing between the letters is a calla lily (flower).
