Ok so I put the large coil on the Equinox and went back to the same yard I found the Buffs & Wheats in the last time that I posted, that I had already hunted with My CTX. I guess I must have the CTX set up to cherry pick way toooo much. Got 2 Silver Roosevelt's, a 1900 readable V Nickel, a 1946D Wheat, and a tax token today with the large coil. I don't think it adds a lot of depth, but just enough more plus the added Sensitivity. Definitely impressed Me!! Plus I landed a job from the home owner. Great Day! Thanks for looking and Happy Hunting!!!!!

Nice!!!!!!! That V nickel looks like it’ll clean up pretty good, I love me some old nickels!!!!!!!! You guys seem to find tax tokens everywhere, how old are they? 1930’s??

one source I've read says that Oklahoma used tokens from 1937 to 1941 although I'm not sure how accurate that is. I've dug lots of them, but I've also got some my Grandmother gave me. Some of those include ones made of a thick paper and ones made of a stiff fiberous cardboard like material. I've always assumed those were made during WW2 when most all metals went towards war production.
