Does any one have suggestions as to this? - I have $1250 usable cash but I have 4-5 branches that will order for me but their delivery days are all basically the same thurs/fri
I can't figure out how to schedule all the pick ups with the limited funds- my main branch I'm up to 2 boxes of halves and 2 dimes on thurs(the dimes they said I could pick up fri) the others are 1box halves and 2 dimes

Tell them to call you as soon as they get them in if possible and pick up and dump the first shipment then the second bank that calls pick them up next and so on. If they call at the end of the day before you can dump again plead with them to allow you to pick up tomarrow. That is what I do, I always try to make all the tellers like me alot too. Haha coffee and doughnuts are cheap and they could earn you some silver and also flexibility from your pickup banks! Hope I could help!

Some banks will be lenient on holding halves for more than a day, others wont... All depends. A new branch I started ordering will not hold it for more than same day(which due to my work schedule and delivery schedule, leaves a 1-2 hour pickup). Just gotta do what you gotta do

When im trying to manage my pickup schedule, ill ask certain places if they mind holding it for the next order(as im picking up an order), as I got a schedule change at work blah blah... Just be polite about it and you can feel them out.

Good suggestions by the both of you- thanks

I agree with InfoWarrior, be polite to your vault manager. Ask if they could have the vault space to order more than usual so you can make several pick ups between orders. If they have the vault space i'm sure they won't care, but some may sell off your boxes to first come, first serve, while others will reserve for you.

The credit union that I have an account with won't tell me what days they deliver. I told them that I only can get to town once a week and they said that they would hold the coins up to a week for me as long as I let them know. Since I get coins from my workplace I haven't ordered coins from the CU. But its nice to know that I have the option.

Sincerely, Garoulady

In my experience most times the boxes are delivered in the earlier part of the day so its a matter of what your dump network looks like. Pick up 2 boxes, search (in the car?), dump, go pick up the next 2, dump, etc etc. If you have a day where all you wanna do it CRH and have the network to support it, you can do sick volume. I did about 35 boxes (mostly halves) one day with 1500 bucks a while ago.

GL, sometimes banks get stupid about security. That's why they are sometimes reluctant to tell when the courier arrives. I've been refused that information before, only to stop in the following week, and a different teller spills the beans. If you keep stopping in, eventually they will either tell you, or you figure it out when you see the truck there.
