salt 'n Vinigar (with better pics)

well, because you all criticized my last post, here are some new pics. The first pic is that of a memorial with light patina on it. The time it took for the cleaning- only 20 minutes! Mix salt and vinegar (concentration of salt can vary depending on how much corrosion is present) together andmake sure all the salt is dissolved. Then drop the coin in and scrub the loose corrosion off every 5 or so minutes.

goldencoin,

You need to use the macro setting on your camera when taking close-ups. On most cameras it is the little flower and it allows you to focus better on very close objects. This will help clear up your picts.

Good Luck and keep us posted. I have never used salt with my vinegar solutions but I will have to try it.
