Salt Glazed? pottery/stoneware hallmark Help please

I picked this up at thrift store today.. it was cheap enough to take a chance.. I saw under the handle that looks like a hallmark ,but have no clue what or who the hallmark is for.. Could someone please tell me who the hallmark is for?? I assume the brown is Tabacco glaze??

Truly an interesting folk art pot. I've never had any luck identifying pottery marks, but it's definitely a keeper.
