Got a couple of oldies near the high water line today. Nothing special for sure, but interesting, maybe.

Piece of watch, 1861 25 centimos Spain, button, and anyone have a clue about the half round brass thing on the right side ? Thanks.

Pretty rough shape, lucky i guess for the date to be there, as there is very little else left.

That's a good haul this time of year. No idea on the mystery piece but it looks like something I should know... :icon_scratch:

Hello it looks like it might be a keyhole cover, if on the reverse side on the round end there is some sort of shaft or rivet, thats my 2c worth

I never would have thunk it, but I'd say you are right. There does appear to be a bit broken off the backside of the round end, that could have been your shaft. Thanks.

What's a Spanish Victoria doing there. ;D Must be rare!

Tough to find sites here right now and next time out we might just try some shoreline. Haven't done that in years.
