🔎 UNIDENTIFIED S tag from mill site

Found today along with sash buckle. It had a little loop on the outer hole That broke being in my pocket. It appears to be copper or brass. No clue if it's key/dog/ luggage tag and or wore around the neck.

I was thinking that too but it had a small loop chain on the outer hole . That's what's throwing me off
