I've been detecting now for over 20 years, mainly around the Niagara region which is where I live. Mainly like to hunt colonial and 1812 sites as opposed to playgrounds and beaches. Although I'm off to Myrtle Beach in a couple of weeks and will try my luck there in the surf. I mainly collect British and commonwealth items, mainly arty buttons, pretty much have every arty button covered but still find the odd rarity in design once in awhile.(ever notice the different pattern of small balls between the large balls, sometimes even triangles instead of balls). So hello to all and if anybody is gonna be in SC in the beginning of May get in touch.
Also if anybody needs help to ID any British badges or buttons drop me a line, and I'll try my best to look it up.
