Rummaging around an old ghost town

Finally got into an area where there is an old ghost town. This was an old turpentine town from what I hear. The sun was BAKING! I went through 2 liters of water in 2 hours.

Found this neat locket that is about the size to hold a quarter inside. It slides based on a hinge on the top. The two side swing parallel to each other, a little different than you usually see for a locket.

Then I found two of these little marker numbers. They must have been used to mark something, a tree maybe? I'm going to post these What is it.

I belive those are lead RR seals. was there a RR with those initials close by

Hey TEXAN, you are the man! I knew these things were wire ties like was said, but not for electricity. This was one of many ghost towns created by the removal of the Florida East Coast Railroad.
