Round Spool, Buckles and Misc.

That is what it could be, but it just doesn't quite look like the others I have seen. The other thing in the photo that I know I need help with is the wand, or the thing that looks like a bubble blowing wand.

The other things I am pretty sure I know what they are, but if I am wrong please share! Also if you know what kind of any of these buckles are, or have any info on anything on this page I would love to hear from you.
