Round shape like a medal with markings?

Hello everyone I had dug this a long time ago and wondered what it is and how old it is. It looks like it might be some kind of medal but have no clue any help would be appreciated.

It is an old Chinese coin. From the composition and what markings I can see, it looks like it is "20 CASH" and probably dates from 1907- 1909.
