Edit: To add, I was at a park in a city I've never detected that was surrounded by houses, so I was treading cautiously. A lady was out walking, we smiled at each other and said hi. She then asks if I've seen the show "The Detectorists" (how many other people here get that question? I do a lot!)

She asked if she could swing the detector, I happily oblige and she was surprised when I strapped the headphones on her. Anyway, she got a kick out of it and said she's always wanted to try it. She ended up finding some canslaw. Fun day!

Very Cool Ring... I have an antique heirloom tooled silver spinner... They originally were called Irish Worry/Widow Rings or Italian Worry/Widows Rings.

I saw a found spinner posted on here that looked to be a wedding band. The old ones are hard to find but now they are making Rosary Spinner Rings as well.

Since mine is a family heirloom I wear it all the time.

What symbols are on yours? Is there a clover or shamrock? I see the number 13
