Looks like an old railroad track spike and of course some square iron nuts. See if there was an old Rebel Supply train that ran through the area. You might turn up some goodies.
Congrats on your finds.

Rail spike, iron/steel nut from a tractor, & what looks like aluminum? If so, no tractor had this & its normally off a crashed plane??

Yes, a RR Spike, also looks to me to be from a track bolt, from jointed rail, seen a BaZillion of them. So, it would seem you are on/near an old rail bed somewhere. When I said jointed rail, it means that rail normally came in 33' ? lengths, held together by what was/is called "angle or joint bars, most often with 4 or 6 track bolts, along with washers and nuts. The bolts were alternated, so that IF a train went on the ground and dragged a bit, the train wheel would not shear off all four nuts. More infro. then you wanted I'll bet, but I could not help myself.
