Roman silvers?

Well for Christmas my dad got me 24 uncleaned Roman bronze coins. btw dad that was an awesome gift but a few of them seem more Celtic to me and I think they accidently sent a silver? The people sell them in packs of 12 that are supposed to only be bronze Romans. This coin is definitely silver so can anyone tell me what it is?

Now that you guys mention Arabic I'm noticing a few other that look arabic also. I guess they send the coins uncleaned so they didn't realize they weren't Roman.
