Roman coin copy?

I found this on a foundation hunt today. I don't think it is aluminum as none was found only iron and 2 shot shell brass.
It seems to be silver plated. And it registered 35/45 I may be reaching but I see a design, a wheel or something? Any thoughts thanks.

question why would slag be plated? There is an image just cant make it out.

Possible IP But there was no sign of fire though. And this site has been hit before, iron all over the rocks.
This site has 2 foundations and a well. This piece was found 25/35 yards away from both near what I believe to have been the outhouse.
