deffo not a roman coin mate :-\ just looks like bit of metal slag im afraid :)

question why would slag be plated? There is an image just cant make it out.

Possible IP But there was no sign of fire though. And this site has been hit before, iron all over the rocks.
This site has 2 foundations and a well. This piece was found 25/35 yards away from both near what I believe to have been the outhouse.
