I also picked this up this weekend for $7. The name is Roggio Silversmith's out of PA. They handmake everything in their own shop since the 70s. Almost all the items they sell are $50 or more! I am going to e-mail them a pic and see if they will authenticate it and tell me more about it. It took me 3 hours oF searching and looking at the mark to tell what it was. It should be a profitable sale. HH
