Rocky Point Beaches

Anyone ever do any metal detecting in Rocky Point on the beach or otherwise. Ever hear any stories of any decent finds there, namely gold or spanish coins . Also anyone hear or read of any stories of sunken ships in the Sea of Cortez. Just beginning to do some research on the area. Would like to discuss it with anyone interested. thanks
