Rocks/crystals I found need ID please

I just moved into a new house in Bend Oregon, and I’ve been working outside in the garden. Yesterday I had to dig up this huge rock that was in the way back of my flower garden but the rock was also partially under the fence. Behind the fence there is nothing… It’s all just open land with trees and dirt and rocks. I found all of these. The one I’m most curious about is the large one with the Crystal in the center. Can anyone tell me what this is? Any information would be appreciated!

..but is is a cryptocrystalline rock with a band of rock crystal inclusions.

Looks totally like the inside of a thunder egg and ur in the right state. It’s awesome, I’m jealous. It’s a large agate nodule.

When the modules are roundish they call them “thunder eggs”.

And as mentioned above - it’s chert. All agate is chert, but not all chert is agate. Technically I’d call the red matrix park chert and banded middle agate.

Isn't Bend a volcanic area ? I'm thinking this may be agate and rhyolite.

Color of host rock is common to the eastern 2/3 of Oregon. In most locations it is rhyolite. It a few it is chert. The clear white seams are common agate.

Found in hundreds of locations throughout eastern Oregon. And yes, nodules with similar structure are known in Oregon as Thundereggs.
