It could be a meteorite.

It's that bunch of shiny particles in it in only some of its magnetic

I dont know really anything about meteorites, other than that they can be found all over AZ. This looks similar to what you see in some of the photos of actual meteorites, near the bottom:

It is conglomerate rock, that probably has magnetite in it. Not a meteorite.

not a sedimentary conglomerate that's for sure, it's undergone metamorphic changes (heat and pressure). Looks similar to BIF's or banded iron formations that are found in Michigan.

Magnets really don't tell you ****,,if it reflects in the light,, put it in draino for the night then use a knife sharpener on it
