It's that bunch of shiny particles in it in only some of its magnetic

It is conglomerate rock, that probably has magnetite in it. Not a meteorite. :occasion14:

not a sedimentary conglomerate that's for sure, it's undergone metamorphic changes (heat and pressure). Looks similar to BIF's or banded iron formations that are found in Michigan.

That shiny stuff is Biotite mica.

looks like garnet in there too third band down, is it like a red? if so more than likely garnet

Magnets really don't tell you ****,,if it reflects in the light,, put it in draino for the night then use a knife sharpener on it
