Found items of interest a turtle head ,rock formation with many carvings and I guess a marker tree .. any ideas on what to do ?

Can you send pictures of markings? I see a rock outcropping with a tree likely about 50 years old.

Now that photo of tree looks older. And those are very interesting markings on rocks. Thanks for sharing. Maybe someone can help you know.
