Hi!

It is my opinion there are several interpretations of the Elephant. Do you have a pic? Are the bent trees nearby? If you've read Shadow of the Sentineal, you have one possibility. KGC........Confederate......
Elephants are also most often, Grey...........Greyback ........."for the South"

What direction is your elephant going?

OK. I've read your posts in the past, and all the other KGC folks too.

Long ago, I visited northeast Louisiana, almost into Arkansas. Cheminahaut State Park off of US 425 north of Bastrop, LA. From the entrance, go all the way to the "T", take the left and go to the park building. Off in the woods at a 45 degree angle, you will see a bent tree point almost directly at you.Go to the tree behind the building that the bent tree is pointing at.

When you look at the base of the tree, you will see an Elephant. (The tree is still there, as is the pointer. Saw a recent picture.) This includes a long root which looks like a trunk. The forhead is clearly visible, as are both ears. Where it points to is a hidden area, close to a campgrounds which is usually empty. May even be a cave in the area. It is on a bluff which overlooks Bayou Bartholemew. Was a 1 day trip almost due north of Ouachita Post, now Monroe, LA.

If this KGC stuff is real, I might even come back to the states to get my finders fee on that one.
