Way to go. I'd get the one with the red stone appraised for sure. What does it read on the inside?

The one on the left looks like a woman's class ring.

What a surprise to find two gold rings in one hole! :o

Congrats,

yeah it is 1990

They look like a matched set. Really nice rings, congratulations on your finds.

Awesome finds  Does the graduation ring have any kind of identification on it?

 RR

yeah it has the womans name in it, I guess i will have to do some research on it and possibly return it.

Great finds!!! Two in one hole is nice......anyone would be satisfied with one of those in a hole.
You are doing the right thing, to try to i.d. the owner and give it back to her. The thanks you will receive will more than
repay for not having the coin. And, who knows, perhaps a thoughtful person will give you a reward, like, come hunt my
150 year old house/yard....and I have a brother and sister living on old sites, too.
Do it, for the right reasons, and the chickens will come home.

Agreed!

I am no expert, but living in the area, with the colored leaves, to me those both look like the style of Black Hills Gold??? Maybe that colored leaf style isn't exclusive to black hills gold but it certainly reminds me of it.
