Ring with unknown mark on it, sorry no photo

I found a ring with a mark on the inside that no one can seem to identify, so I thought I would try here. The ring is silver in color, but the silver is flaking off. The mark on the inside is of a stick figure animal, with IC to the right of it, a hand drawn pic is listed here to help, but with my camera I cannot take a good photo of it. The ring has a diamon pattern on the outside. Any help will be most appreciated, thank you!
