I decided to spend the entire day metal detecting, from sun up- til sunset.
I was detecting at a local park after the County fair this morning. I thought it would be some fun coin shooting. I found a few coins before it started raining and just as I was about to go back to my car I hear 'RING RING RING!'
I look down in some high grass next to me and it's a cell phone! I picked it up and saw a message from a guy named 'Brandon'....
The message said 'hey beautiful. are we still meeting at noon for lunch?'
An evil part of me wanted to reply back 'NO! MEET ME AT 3:00 AM UNDER THE CLOCKTOWER. BRING A GALLON OF COTTAGE CHEESE, A UNICORN, AND A DVD OF SANFORD & SON'....
I decided not to do that, and instead went into the phone's directory, found a contact called 'Dad' and called her it to tell him I found his daughter's phone and arranged to get it back to her.
I did find a wheatie in the park tho!
After seeing the rainbow, (in the picture), I was pretty fired up cause you all know what's at the end of a rainbow?
