From the land of the Bluenose.....ring, ring! No I don't want a Capital One Credit card.
Ring ring. No I don't want home delivery of the Daily News!
Ring ring. No I don't want a shift today.
No sense trying to go back to sleep so I got up feeling as stiff as a salmon that had been the deep freeze for about a month while my neck on the left side had a sharp pain like someone had stuck a mackeral jig in it. Not sure whether this was from my arthritis, first ball games last night (smoked them bigtime) or old age as I turn 54 on Wednesday.
Nevertheless in my foul mood...um foul as in ball. The light bulb came on and I headed to a Dartmouth field and found one. A ball that is as well as a chrome wingnut (no relation) and some coppers. Heading off the field I picked up a really weak signal and out popped a silver "O".
Must have been a war here for shortly after this find I dug up a body of a dinkie tank near a tree which someone had painted red. Too much time on their hands I guess!
Best find of the day!
Take for the day was the silver ring, chrome wingnut, dinkie tank body, ball and 32 coins @ $1.32
Play again tonight and just hope the arms and legs don't fall off as I have to work tomorrow.
