Ring question????

I found this ring at a park from the late 1800's It is gold, has no markings, but has a over lay of a green like ceramic coating with gold leafs. Unsure of age or value, can any one tell me any thing about this ring or give me a internet link to something close.??

Gold with gold leafs So its solid gold with a green outer layer & the leafs incised into the green to show the gold? I'm confused

Looks early 1800s

Like I said I have never seen a ring like this. The gold is very thin and the green outer layer is thicker than the gold. No marking any where on the ring. I will try to take more pics of a side view.

Maybe take it to a jeweler to see what they say. They may know the type of ring it is etc.

Your ring probably has an enameled top coating. Very popular jewelry in the early 1900s .
