Ring Marks?

Got a big class ring with the letters "DCST" stamped on the inside of the band. Is this "Die Cast Sterling" perhaps? Never saw this mark before?

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

DCST is a Jostens mark and stands for DualCast Sterling as one of their propriety technologies. It’s usually accompanied by a copyright symbol and a J inside a diamond lozenge as the company mark. Jostens are the leading producer of class rings and they filed for the ‘DUALCAST’ trademark in 2007 (granted 2008), although the DCST letters were in use before that.
