This ring has a story. When I found it, I was on a trip with a friend to our local desert for a road trip.
We were stopping various places along the way and at one place I was not finding much but old cans. My friend found a Mercury dime which was further bumming me out. I decided to move closer to some trees where the cars could pull in around a turn around and get some shade. First I found a silver Quarter, and then I found this ring.
When I found it it was slightly crushed and was missing the bottom half. I showed it to a girl at work and we came to an agreement on price to have it fixed. She would pay for the fix plus a bit more for the ring because she liked it so much and it was identified as being of a very old style type ring by my jeweler friend. He told me these rings are quite collectible and demand high prices. I am letting it go for much less than it is worth.
So, the rest of the story... Because the ring was damaged and the girl who wanted it was a size 9 finger, it took my jeweler quite a bit of work to get this finished and looking new again. It literally took him 6 months or more with his other work and priorities. I kept bugging him, because I wanted it done. During that time the girl, who was my supervisor, put me on a Performance Improvement plan and they eventually fired me under less than pure circumstances. As I was being terminated, I walked back and told her. Well, remember that ring? I had it and was going to get it to you, but now you are not getting it!!
So.. it is up for sale. $1100.00
14kt gold, perfect condition, 5 nice diamonds.
Paypal me if interested.
PM me with your paypal address and I will invoice you.

Will take offers besides equipment. Cash, silver, coins or ???

Make my day.

Bringing this down to $850 which is a killer deal. Look in Ruby Lane and you will see what I mean.

That's an awesome ring! Antique diamonds seem to fetch more. I also think it's awesome you told the gal no deal.
Best of luck with the sale of this piece.
