Ring crest ID..SOLVED!

Recovered this ring from an old swim area today. Wondering if the crest is a known organization or a generic ?? There was wording on the ribbon...but too worn to decipher.

The figure in bottom right is a Genie Lamp ?? The diagonal band shows 3 E's or C's.
Upper left looks like a dog bone ??
