This morning the CA Supreme Court showed a Remittitur issued. This is a false alarm, they have not come to their senses. This is from James Buchal, Brandon's attorney

This is a paperwork mistake by the Court of Appeals they called me about this a.m.

OK, Ratled!

As though you don't have enough to do....

Please explain my latest email from the Court of Appeals.

I think I understand.... (HAHAHA)

But could you please explain for the benefit of all!

IF you think it is appropriate. If not I totally understand.

ALWAYS grateful for all your efforts!

Sam

So it looks like there are just cleaning up their mess from last week. For some reason, the 3rd had sent it had issued a remiter and this week they sent out a blast showing the correction. The sad thing is I was driving and my phone was blowing up that it was issued again tonight. It wasn't. All of this is coming out of the 3rd so I think there is a similar case number and that is where the wires got crossed.

We're are still plunging away and Dave put up a good piece on the New 49ers forum of what happened with last week's conference call in SB

Happy Thanksgiving

FYI the state sent out another blast e mail again tonight. I think it's the gold gods trying to show them the error of their ways !!!

Happy T Day all

That is the most common one and most appropriate for this case. I'm not sure why we are getting all of these other than the gold gods are trying to give the state a way out of the hole they are in now.

isnt a remittitur where they end the case send it back to the trial court and follow the instructions of the state supreme court.
