The lithic resembles Marblehead rhyolite. Normanskill, Meadowood, and Lamoka can all have convex bases. I might still go with Meadowood on that one. Esp. with a base that convex. Meadowood bases sometimes show usage as scrapers. Notches would be broader in Normanskill, and while base can be somewhat convex, not that dramatic. I’d go with Meadowood….

was hoping the RI Master was still around. Id love to show you some of my personal finds in person one day. Located in south east bay ri. If you still hunt maybe we could set up a hunt at one of my spots.

I do hate when people say Rare. Rare is relative, I hunt everyday. every hour free. However, your input makes sense. Didnt know they used base as scrappers

Sounds great. I have not been surface hunting very much in recent months. Would enjoy getting together.
