Here is my latest cut stone, a Rhodolite that finished out at 2.04 cts. Not to dark either!

cutting an opal

EU can you help me out? I have this raw opal and am wondering if it is worth cutting into either earrings or necklace. I know opals are hard to work with. If you have any information that would help me know more on this since I do not know exactly what I have. In the picture with the quarter, it is clear and the quarter is a little bit seen. I love the garnet as it is my birthstone!!!! thank you
