HOBSON?S CHOICE, CAMP: HAMILTON COUNTY
This site was located on the Ohio River between Mill Creek and the city of Cincinnati and is within its city limits today. It was the encampment for General Wayne and his forces from May of 1793 to September 1793. In the 1930?s, a Gas Works bought the
roperty that contained the original encampment. If it still belongs to the Gas Works then this would be a treasure trove of relics if permission could be granted.
