Returned. After being chased

Hit a beach today got 2 silver rings and an iphone out in the water was going to bring it home and put it in rice to try and see if it would turn on. On the way home about 10 min from my house I stopped at the store a guy was out side saying you have my 9 year olds phone. He was chasing me for about 45 minutes. He left his house as soon as he got a tracking signal from the phone which must of activated when I pulled it out of the water.he offered to pay me but I said no but would like a picture of his son getting it back he sent me a video but can't seem to load it

😆 Hey its late here....i read how at the store some guy said you had his kids phone and was chasing you. Im think "man that guy must have been a nut chasing him around all that time" then I realised 😒
