Well I had a bitter sweet return to the silver yard today. Yes I found more silver like I had hoped but most of it was in the beach under the tide line. It’s crazy how different land coins are from ocean coins. They get beat up bad in the currents plus the salt is hard on them and the condition goes way down. I did find 4 large cents, 1 silver fifty cent piece, 3 silver quarters, 7 silver dimes, and 3 silver fish scales. Plus a sterling silver jack knife and some broach pins. The best coin of the day value wise is probably the 1872 H Canadian dime. It’s a very scarce year. Plus besides that dime at least I can say I dug a Canadian victoria quarter this year even though that one is toast. My buddy this time got 5 silver quarters, 3 silver dimes, 2 silver fish scales, 3 older 5 cents , 9 large cents and 6 older small cents. Thanks for looking and on the next return trip I’ll hit the other side of the yard and the wooded area but I’m not sure it’ll be as productive! 😁👍

Very well done Kiddo. Such a productive 2 hunts. Congrats keep at it!

Quite a yard! Keep up the nice streak:occasion14:

The stack grows!
Sometimes I find it hard to get excited about finding coins at the beach because the condition has suffered so much....still though, finding so much silver makes it fun just because!
Best of luck in the woods...condition will be better!

I'd be stoked about detecting the "wooded area", it'll give you your best finds yet!
