I hate hearing this. We spoke about it in a pm not long ago but I did no think it was this bad. He actually wrote a long and very helpful e-mail. Like many of you I was talking with him gathering knowledge and getting advice.
Wealth of knowledge and always full of kindness.
May his family find peace.

Thanks, you can move this if you like. I just figured many would like to know. I didn’t know him very well but have read his posts for many years all the way back to Arrowheadology.

No this needs to stay here as this is where he spent his time. Treasure hunter posted a memorial tribute so everyone would know.
Thank you for posting it.

Joshua was very knowledgeable regarding Paleo studies in South America. And his research there attracted the interest of leading scholars in Paleo studies in general. At the Paleoamerican Oddessy Conference in Santa Fe in 2013, he attracted the attention of archaeologists, and Solutrean hypothesis supporters, Bruce Bradley and the late Dennis Stanford, in some of his South American material.

RIP, brother….
