Research

call your local law enforcement

No need to do the work yourself......just put it on Tnet as a general question. Oh my gosh.....it is rubbing off on me now.:angry4::pain10::cussing::angry5:

Imagine that..... using Google..... huh...who woulda' thunk?

Is Google a good way for researching questions one has pertaining to metal detecting?. Should I google this topic?
Why would you google "this topic" if you have a question about a detector???

Go figure

depends on what your researching.

I like google for fast research and branches to new leads.

but considering our Membership of course general questions on Metal detecting & Metal detectors,
or just lazyness & wanting someone here to do the work for you.
why not TreasureNet ? :headbang:

I ask my ouiji board, then toss some chicken guts on a map blindfolded with candles burning and devine certain answers from them. After that I dance around a bonfire with my detector and drink corn liquor all night until I slip into a research trance and then the answers come to me. It's not an easy method to master though, and may not be for everyone.

But.....yeah Google might work too.....

Told ya them Cajuns were crazy.....never dance around the bonfire while drinking with your detector. You could fall and scratch it. I carry my wife that way if I drop her she will have a legitimate reason to cuss at me instead of the usual.:angry9::whip2:

BYW... If you tell her I said that I will tell who's chickens you been steeling.:laughing9:

Google is actually much more easy to search then T-Net. Along with facts T-Net offers to much opinion too. Not saying you won't find opinion on google. A guy just asked to ID a peters shot gun shell in another forum. I googled it and there was the info he wanted and more. He most likely put more effort posting the pic and asking the question here rather then doing a search.

I know back when Marc had this site, no matter what I googled half the first page brought my back here.

now it doesn't do this anymore, However because of that I still use google to search here.
only difference I now add the word treasureNet to my google searches if I want to find something here.

Going to try that next time I need to. Thanks.

Actually all you have to do is ask a guy named Greg who hangs out on TNET :silvermedalblue:
