I was looking at the Rebikoff Foundation website and saw they have a submarine for sale. It's 8.5 m (approx. 27 ft) long, working depth is 500m (1500 ft). It's a diesel/electric, built in 2000. More details here:

On a different note, Dimitri Rebikoff was one of the pioneers in the young field of underwater archaeology during the 60's and the 70's. He is best known for discovering several ancient wrecks in the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas, and for investgating the "Bimini Road" formation in the Bahamas.
