Detector(s) used
Minelab (Xterra50) and Garrett (Ace 250)<-Gone to dad in Montana
I spy my little eye on something that is.......................................GOLD. I only hope anyways!!! This foudation actually two of em if you count the stairs are right around the corner of my house.

Hey, crazyglue this is the old house site ive been telling ya about!!

Anyways, from talkin to some folks around ive heard early 1900's or late 18's. I thought they leveled the foundations when they destroyed the house but guess not by the pics. By the way I hope they turn out good as I took them with my cell phone coming home from work today, salivating!! I told my wife that I am going to borrow her hairdyer and 300 ft of extension cord just to thaw out a few feet!!!

I dont know the types of trees pictured they too look like they have been around. Im sure i'll turn up some junk in the search cause they just tore the house down last season, but what the hell right?

I have a friend on city council that is looking up the current property owner, although they think it was sold to comercial people for development, dam them! This property sits on a large corner lot and behind on two sides is all corn fields!! The foundations pictured are actually from a "back house" or probably the orginal farm house and some type of shed. The newer house was sitting in front of these and appears to be leveled.

Way to go lionhart9. Scouting out and researching places already, and not even a detector in your possession yet. By the time the snow melts you should have the permission to plow ahead, ( dig ahead I mean ).
