Look up Mel Parker, I'm not sure if he is still doing them or not.

If I remember correct he used a solvent mixture (MEK) along with old pieces of coils, all mixed and melted by the solvent to shape a new one. The solvent eats into the old coil but its a pour mixture so some kind of jig frame is needed.

I have used PC7, a two part epoxy that comes in small cans. Mix per instructions on the can.
Then drill two or three holes in the "ear" and made sure the epoxy goes through
the holes and then made an over size "pad" all around the "ear" on the top of the coil.
Rough up the areas that the PC7 will adhere to. Make sure the epoxy is contiguous from
above the drilled holes, all around the "ear" and down to the top of the coil and make
a complete circular pad area around the ear. Let it cure for at least 24 hours.

I have repaired “ears” using acetone, it “welds” the ABS material.

You might try an l brace or complete u style made out of Lenox plastic. Nautilus....you might contact the owner his coil may fit or he may have the ears....his name is Wayne if I remember right. Rex Johnson was doing those ears I think for Rudy. He might help. Pm me I think I have his email. I’ve got Mel’s email as well.
