Went out for a little while this afternoon and found this piece of something.I googled it and wonder if it's not a Delco part or something?Any ideas or does anyone recognize it? HB

Google REMY auto parts and you will find that they still make alternators , starters and voltage regulators. I always mentally tied them to Delco but it seems that they have a business of their own flourishing today. Geez, and I wasn't planning to learn anything today either!! 2dgs.

Its an old cover for an automotive coil type relay (or regulator).. I dont know what year or model.
Possibly GM, maybe motorcycle.

Something like this. I will have to search for exact match.


Yours appears to be painted Army green.

hey its a 6 volt voltage regulator cover for a harley....i have some ill snap a pic of. most say delco remy but im sure i have one with just remy too. guess ill have to figure out this pic sending thing. dave
